This is a starter terms of service document. It is not legal advice — have it reviewed before relying on it for a live production site.

Acceptable use

You may use this platform to test your clicking speed, mouse performance and reaction time for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use it in a way that could damage or overburden it.

Automated clicking, bots and score manipulation

Scores produced by macros, autoclickers, scripts, or other automated or hardware-assisted input that misrepresents genuine human input are not a fair use of this platform and may be excluded from any current or future shared features (such as challenges or leaderboards). We use basic automated checks to flag implausible scores, but we do not claim these checks are foolproof — see "No cheat-proof guarantee" below.

Friend challenges

Challenge links are generated from a score you submit and are intended for casual, informal competition between people who know each other. Challenge links may expire after a period of time and are not guaranteed to remain active indefinitely.

No cheat-proof guarantee

Browser-based input testing can be manipulated by determined users through automated tools, modified input devices, or other means. We do not claim that any score — including personal bests, challenge results, or any future leaderboard — is cheat-proof or a certified, tamper-proof measurement. Treat all scores, including your own, as informal and for entertainment/self-improvement purposes.

Intellectual property

The design, branding, copy and code of this platform are owned by its operator except where otherwise noted. You may not copy, redistribute or create a derivative service using our branding or content without permission.

Service availability

We aim to keep this platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service, and any individual feature, may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.

Disclaimers

Tests on this platform (including reaction time and mouse diagnostic tools) are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They are not medical, scientific or professional diagnostic tools, and results should not be used as the sole basis for decisions about hardware, health, or competitive eligibility.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
